About Xi'an Minsheng Group Company Limited
Xi'an Minsheng Group
Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a subsidiary
company of the HNA Group. The company is a large enterprise group focusing on
the retail industry of Xi'an City, Shannxi Province. The Minsheng Department
Store Building is the company's principle operation assets, which covers more
than 40 acres land area and has the construction area of 130,000 square meters.
The company's
predecessor was Xi'an Minsheng Department Store which was founded in 1959. Then
the company was restructured to a Joint-stock company with the approval of the
Economics System Reform Committee of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province in 1992, it's
name changed as Xi'an Minsheng Department Store Group Company Limited.
On January 10 1994,
the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code of 0564.
The company name was changed to Xi'an Minsheng Group Company Limited on March
28th 1994 approved by the shareholders and the government.
Under the government
reform plan about the state-owned enterprises, the company was restructured
with the HNA Group on May 27th 2003. The HNA Group becomes the largest
shareholder of the company. After the reorganization, the company was
successfully integrated with the management model, business philosophy and
culture of HNA Group, stepped into a new phase of development.
