In 1984, Mr. Chen graduated from Lufthansa College of Air Transportation Management in Germany; in 1995 gained MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, and in 2002 pursued the advanced studies of senor management in Harvard Business School.
Mr. Chen Feng worked for many years in CAAC and the National Air Regulations Bureau, and later acted as the Aviation Business Assistant to Provincial Governor in Hainan province, in charge of the establishment of Hainan Provincial Airlines. With the endeavor of various channels, the company started its official operation on May 2nd, 1993. In 1997, the company was restructured and changed the name as Hainan Airlines (HNA) Company, Ltd.. In 2000, HNA Group Company, Ltd. was founded. Today, the total assets of the group have reached around 68 billion RMB, and the company was expanded as a diversified large corporate group with the businesses from air transportation to airport management, hotel & tourism, retailing, logistics and other related industries. The number of the total staff of the whole group has reached over 36 thousand.
In order to honor the contribution made by HNA Group to the economic exchange and development between China and other countries, in July 2006, Mr. Chen Feng was awarded the Medal of the Commander in the Order of the Crown by the Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt, Belgium; in March 2007, Mr. Chen gained the Pioneer Award issued by Governor Mr. Deval Patrick, Massachusetts, USA; in the mean time, Mr. was awarded the Knight Cross Medal of the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic.

Graduated from Civil Aviation University of China, Mr. Wang once worked in the Plan Division of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, and studied abroad at JAL with the successful accomplishment of the diploma of AOTS and JAL. As one of the founders of HNA Group, Mr. Wang is well experienced in the fields of air transportation and finance. In 1995, he gained MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
Mr. Wang Jian has a many-year working experience in the Planning Department of CAAC, and at present, he is acting as the Vice Chairman & CEO of HNA Group..
Since 1991, Mr. Wang has been a principal leader and decision maker both of HNA Group and Hainan Airlines Company Ltd.. Hainan Provincial Airlines was established in 1992, and the company successfully moved over its initial phase of operation by financing from banks and issuing stocks in the domestic and international markets. In 1997, the company was restructured and then changed the name as Hainan Airlines (HNA) Company, Ltd.. In 2000, HNA Group Company, Ltd. was founded. At present, HNA Group is a diversified large corporate group with the businesses ranging from air transportation to airport management, hotel & tourism, retailing and other related industries.

Born in 1963, MBA, Board Director and Executive President of HNA Group. Graduated from Wuhan University, Mr. Li once worked in National Price Bureau for years with full experience in administration. He had acted as the Director of General Administration Office of Hainan Airlines, Assistant President, Senior Assistant President, Chief Finance Officer of the HNA Group.

Born in 1963, Board Director of HNA Group and Executive Director of Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd, Dean of HNA Group Air Transportation Management Committee and Executive Chairman of Grand China Air. Graduated from the Civil Aviation University of China and obtained the A/P license issued by US Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), Mr. Chen once worked as the GM of the Maintenance & Engineering Department, Assistant President, Senior Assistant President & General Manager of Flight Department and Vice President of Hainan Airlines.

Born in 1967, Board Director of HNA Group, Chief Director of HNA finance business and Managing Director of Hainan Airlines. Graduated from Beijing Finance & Trade Institute with his master degree of economics in 1989, Mr. Tan attained his MBA from American Insurance College in 1999. He had worked for the World Bank Loan Office of China Rural Trust & Investment Company, Hainan World Bank Loan Office, China Xingnan Group and Hainan American Pacific Company Limited.

Born in 1963, Board Director of HNA Group and Chairman HNA Tourism Group. Graduated from Japan Star University (Tokyo) with his Master Degree in Law, Mr. Liu once worked in Society Science Committee, Meng Fanxu Legal Business Office of Heilongjiang Province and Sunshine Legal Business Office with years' experience in legal field. He had acted as the General Manager of Audit and Legal Affairs Office, Vice Executive President, Managing Vice Executive President and CEO of HNA Group.

Born in 1957, MBA, Senior Economist, Board Director of HNA Group and Chairman of HNA Logistics Group. Graduated from Shanxi Finance Institute in 1982 and having gained his MBA from Masteryherte School of Management at Holland in 1995, Mr. Li had worked in the Planning Department of CAAC and National Air Transportation Bureau. He had acted as the Chief Finance Officer of Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd.
