HNA Airport Group Company Ltd. is the airport business section of HNA Group. Up to March 2007, the total assets of HNA Airport is about 13 billion RMB, the number of employees is over 4,300, and the 13 member airports are Haikou Meilan International Airport, Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Yichang Sanxia Airport, Gansu Airport Group (4 subsidary airports: Lanzhou Airport, Dunhuang Airport, Jiayuguan Airport and Qingyang Airport), Weifang Nanyuan Airport, Dongying Yong'an Airport, Manzhouli Xi'jiao Airport, Datong Beijiazao Airport, An'qing Airport and Baise Airport. In year 2006, the HNA Airport Group served over 13 million passengers.

Haikou Meilan International Airport was constructed as a modern airport with 4E standard required by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO), and was officially opened on 25th May 1999. The airport is covering an area of 583 hectares, the total investment is over 2.3 billion RMB. The airport is the 8th ranked Airport of China at present by throughput. The airport was expanded with the capacity of serving 9.3 million passengers by the end of year 2005.

Sanya Phoenix International Airport was founded on 27th August 1993, covering an area of 463.23 hectares, constructed as ICAO 4E standard airport. The registered capital of the airport is 2 billion RMB. On 8th June 2002, HNA Group was authorized to operate the airport by the Hainan Provincial Government. The airport reached its first profit finance year at 2004 since its operation, with the throughput of more than 2 million passengers. The airport's throughput of passengers reached 3.9 million in year 2006, and it's one of the most rapid growing airports in China.

Yichang Sanxia Airport was constructed on 29th September 1994 and officially operated at the end of 1996. The airport was designed as 4E standard and constructed as 4D standard, the capacity of serving passengers is 1.4 million by year. On 16th June 2004, the airport was restructured by HNA Group with the authorization of the Yichang Municipal Government.

Weifang Nanyuan Airport is a combined military and civilian airport, constructed in 1993 with 4D flying zone rating. On 16th March 2003, the airport was restructured by HNA Group with the authorization of the Weifang Municipal Government. It's the first reorganized airport of HNA Airport Group outside Hainan province.

Dongying Yongan Airport is a 4C flying zone rating civilian airport. On 2nd May 2004, the airport was restructured by HNA Group with the authorization of the Dongying Municipal Government. It's the fourth member airport of HNA Airport Group.

Manzhouli Xi'jiao Airport was constructed on 16th May 2003 with total investment of 158 million RMB, as a 3C standard regional airport. On 2nd September 2004, the airport became the 6th member of the HNA Airport Group under the comprehensive cooperation agreement between the Manzhouli Municipal Government and HNA Group. On 25th February 2005, the airport was officially operated with the scheduled flight from Manzhouli to Beijing.

Datong Beijiazao Airport laid its foundation on 30th July 2001 with 4C standard design and 3C standard construction. On 19th May 2005, HNA Group was authorized to operate the airport by Datong Municipal Government. The airport was officially operated on 25th December 2005.

Anqing Tianzhushan Airport was officially operated in October 1993 as a combined military and civilian airport with 4C standard. On 18th October 2005, the airport became a member of HNA Airport Group under the cooperation agreement between Anqing Municipal Government and HNA Group.

In May 2006, Gansu Provincial Government subscribed the strategic cooperation agreement with HNA Group, together with the property restructuring agreement between the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Gansu Provincial Government and Haikou Meilan International Airport. After that, the Gansu Airport Group and its four member airports(Lanzhou Airport, Jiayuguan Airprot, Dunhuang Airport and Qingyang Airport) were merged into the HNA Airport Group. It's a significant scale expansion of HNA Airport business and improved the strategic layout of HNA Group.

Baise Municipal Government subscribed cooperation agreement with HNA Group in June 2006. Then Baise Airport became the 5th restructured airport of HNA Airport Group in 2006. The number of subsidiary airports of HNA Airport Group reached 13.
